  • NOTE: As of April 26, 2024, ALL Control4 Systems, no matter the scale, will require a Annual Control4 Connect Subscription ($249.00) Control4® Connect is the required software service to enable essential features that keep systems secure and up to date, give convenient access and insights, and ensure systems can connect with new devices on the market. It also provides features of a truly smart living experience, such as voice control, remote access, on-the-go visibility, and personalization of mobile notifications.
  • Control4® Assist and Control4® Assist Premium are optional next-level manufacturer support plans that complement the services provided by AV Integration Group and can be discussed upon completion of your Control4 system.

All newly installed systems come with a standard warranty:

Standard Warranty, 12 mo. on installation and programming included.  All NEW Components provided / purchased from AVIG come with a manufacturer's warranty which differs in length and coverage per item / manufacturer.  AVIG will remove and re install any NEW components for the first 12 mo. during normal business hours, at NO labor cost (Weekdays 8am to 6pm) Client is responsible for costs of component repairs out of warranty and any shipping charges incurred.  Existing / used components provided by customer are not covered under this installation warranty. Existing Components to be shown to have been the cause of a service visit, whether online or remotely will be billed at our current service rate.   To further enhance the warranty and service client may select an annual service membership plan, which will commence following the final installation date.  Client understands that if no service agreement is selected, current rates for any service-related visits, on site or remotely, not covered under this warranty, will apply.   Warranty does not include expedited remote support, membership plan required. Remote Service requests will have a turnaround time of up to 48 hours unless a service plan is chosen.


No Service Plan, No Problem

All of our customers have access to service at our current billable rates.

Remote Technical Service (text messages or phone) will have a response time up to 48 hours and if requires more than 10 minutes to resolve, will be invoiced at our normal hourly rate.

Currently $230 1st / hour on site ($120/hr. remote) and $180 / ea. additional hour, pro-rated every 15 min.

Normal Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM excluding weekends and holidays.

After Hours emergency remote and on-site support is available to all customers at the current billable time and a half rate.

Emergency hours are Monday - Friday 5 PM – 8 PM and Weekends 10 AM to 5 PM (Availability may vary)
